HTELabs was founded in 1983 in Silicon Valley and is headquartered in Santa Clara, California. Over the years, HTE Labs has actively participated in process developments addressing the needs of microelectronic industry. Member of IEEE, American Vacuum Society and MEMS, HTE Labs has participated most actively in the following microelectronic areas:

HTELabs’s highly skilled, disciplined and experienced personnel are driven by the desire of providing the highest quality in wafer processing and in customer service.

HTELabs has built in Quality control mechanisms in every step of fabrication process. The wafer fab operation is 100% paper less. All specifications and procedures are being accessed by operators at one of the 6 intelligent terminals located in wafer fab. HTELabs is targeting to achieve ISO type certification in a very near future.
